The Jeep Grand Cherokee is a five-passenger midsize SUV produced by the Jeep division of Chrysler and available in either a two or four wheel drive configuration. The available trims are Laredo, Limited, and Overland and the high performance SRT8.
There's also some variation in 4WD systems to choose from: Quadra-Drive® II, Quadra-Trac II®, Quadra-Trac I® and the SRT® 4WD with electronic-active NV146 transfer case.
The standard engine for the Grand Cherokee is a 210-hp 3.7-liter V6. For those who desire more power than the V6 can muster, two different V8 engines are available, including a 305-hp 4.7-liter V8 and a 357-hp 5.7-liter V8.
Power is delivered through a standard five-speed automatic transmission.
