Toyota Tacoma are designed to meet most off-road driving requirements. Tacoma V6 Access or Double Cab to the extreme with Tacoma T|X and T|X pro. The T|X setup starts with the TRD Off-Road Package. Unique 16-in. TRD beadlock wheels with BFGoodrich® Rugged Trail tires, a stainless steel exhaust tip and black tube steps complete the picture. The T|X Pro offers the same off-road package, wheels and tires as the T|X, plus a TRD performance exhaust and unique body side graphics.
Powered by two selection engine types, 2.7-liter DOHC 16-Valve 4-cylinder with VVT-i, 159 hp at 5200 rpm, 180 lb.-ft. at 3800 rpm and 4.0-liter DOHC 24-Valve V6 with VVT-i, 236 hp at 5200 rpm, 266 lb.-ft. at 4000 rpm.
Other features are fiber-reinforced Sheet-Molded Composite (SMC) inner bed with steel outer panels, storage compartments, rail caps and removable tailgate, tilt/telescopic steering wheel, LED-illuminated gauges with speedometer, tachometer, coolant temperature gauge, fuel gauge, digital clock and tripmeter and AM/FM CD with MP3/WMA playback capability, six speakers (including two ceiling-mounted speakers on Access Cab, four speakers on Regular Cab), and auxiliary audio jack.
