The Tiguan powered with TSI engines from 110 kW (150 hp) to 147 kW (200 hp) and the first four-cylinder common rail TDI of the Volkswagen brand, they generate 103 kW (140 hp) and 125 kW (170 hp). The 4MOTION permanent four-wheel drive distributes the entire power optimally between the front and rear suspension and the wheels on each axle.
Other features is optional panoramic sunroof and the newly developed 'RNS 510' can be operated via a touchscreen and features numerous additional functions such as the playback of audio CDs and DVDs which can be stored at a 30 GB big hard drive.
