Volkswagen Tiguan 2011 are available in three types, S 2.0L TSI, SE 2.0L TSI, SEL 2.0L TSI. Powered by 2.0L TSI®, 16-valve, DOHC, in-line 4-cylinder turbocharged engine with intercooler; 200 hp, 207 lbs/ft of torque, FSI® direct fuel injection, anti-intrusion side door beams, electromechanical power steering with variable assistance and active return. Volkswagen Tiguan 2011 exterior features halogen headlights with clear, lightweight, chip-resistant polycarbonate lenses and Daytime Running Lights (DRL), Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS), Bi-Xenon™ high-intensity headlights with Adaptive Front-lighting System (AFS), directionally adjustable availabe only for SEL 2.9L TSI model.

Volkswagen Tiguan 2011 interior features anti-theft alarm system for doors, hood, trunk and radio with audible and visual activation, mmobilizer III theft deterrent syste, silicone dampened return assist handles, two front and two rear, outside temperature display, 8-speaker sound system with MP3- and WMA-compatible in-dash CD player, AM/FM radio and Bluetooth hands-free calling system.

Volkswagen Tiguan merges the characteristics of a compact Sports Utility Vehicle (SUV) with the design of a genuine sports car and comes with 3 trim models, Tiguan S, SE and SEL.
The Tiguan powered with TSI engines from 110 kW (150 hp) to 147 kW (200 hp) and the first four-cylinder common rail TDI of the Volkswagen brand, they generate 103 kW (140 hp) and 125 kW (170 hp). The 4MOTION permanent four-wheel drive distributes the entire power optimally between the front and rear suspension and the wheels on each axle.
Other features is optional panoramic sunroof and the newly developed 'RNS 510' can be operated via a touchscreen and features numerous additional functions such as the playback of audio CDs and DVDs which can be stored at a 30 GB big hard drive.
